    • We are not holding any hotel bookings at this point of time.
    • Above is just a quote and no services are confirmed at present.
    • Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability.
    • High season surcharges will be applicable if any.
    • Rates are subject to change without prior notice, due to the cost change of hotel rates in case of any event, like Trade Fair, Exhibition, important holidays, etc.

    • It is assumed that all clients will arrive by the same flight at the same airport and in the same terminal. Should the flights be spread out or arrive in different Terminals, additional costs may apply.
    • Hotel Check In: 4:00 PM | Hotel Check out: 11:00 AM. Early Check-in and Late Check- out will require payment of supplementary tariffs.
