• Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.

• For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.

• Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check in.

• Room category in all packages is the Base Category.

• Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.

• All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.

• Premium category hotel rates will be dynamic and as per availability

• All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.

• Standard Check-in time 12:00 hrs - 14:00 hrs and Check-out time 10:00hrs - 12:00 hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.

• It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card (Passport / Driving License / Voter ID card) for security purpose & hotel policy

• Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu and are on a buffet system basis. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra. In room dining will be at an additional cost and has a different menu altogether. For any food related service issue we will not be responsible.

• Request for changing hotels after check-in shall purely be as per availability and full payment towards the upgraded hotel/Resort shall be charged in cash to client on the spot.

• In case of any unexpected bad weather condition, Natural Calamity or due to any unavoidable circumstance if the ferry/fight / Helicopter to Port Blair, Havelock, Neil or other island gets canceled, some other alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair / Havelock, Neil Island or any other island, These additional night / Nights of accommodation in Port Blair Havelock/ Port Blair / Neil Island or any other island will be on direct payment basis by guest, out liability will be restricted to the face value of ferry tickets / Helicopter tickets / Flight tickets if booked by us.

• Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and ferry availability, the same shall be conveyed to guest on a day to day basis.

• In case of political unrest, non-availability of seats in Pvt. Ferry, bad weather or the sudden breakdown of the vessel we may shift guest to alternative Govt ferry and no refund will be entertained during that situation.

• All the ferry service inland and inter-island may change the schedule without prior notice due to weather conditions, technical snag, operational requirement or commercial. we do not owe any responsibility for the same, our liability is restricted to the face value of the tickets only.

• All the hotels on Port Blair, Havelock, and Neil Island have early check out 0800hrs, guest having late afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.

• In case ferry to Neil island does not operate due to the schedule change or non-availability of seats in Private or Government ferry guest will be brought back to Port Blair and alternative sightseeing will be provided.

• Majority of Hotels / Resort in Port Blair, Havelock & Neil island has extra mattress for extra person or child

Important COVID SOP for Tourist traveling to Andaman *****

As per Andaman & Nicobar Administration`s order No. 2-165/DD(H)/Omicron/COVID-19/2021-22 ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ADMINISTRATION , DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL AVIATION Dated 02nd March. 2022

1. All asymptomatic fully vaccinated persons coming to these islands from mainlandare exempted from the requirement of carrying RT-PCR negative test report, irrespective of the type of vaccine received and country of origin. Such fullyvaccinated individuals shall produce the final vaccination certificate at the origin airport / sea port in the mainland and at Port Blair Airport / sea port.

2. All asymptomatic children below 5 years of age are exempted from carrying RT-PCR negative test report and further RT-PCR testing at Port Blair Airport.

3. All other passengers’ viz. unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers(those who have taken only 1st dose of COVID vaccine) shall have to produce RT-PCR negative test report to travel to Port Blair from mainland, as is the practice now. Such RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 hours prior to commencement of journey from the origin airport connecting Port Blair. Such passengers will also have to undergo additional RT-PCR test on arrival at Port Blair. Such passengers shall remain in self-quarantine till the arrival of test report.
