Terms & Conditions
- All prices are starting from, per person in Indian Rupees based on min 2 Adults traveling together.
- The above mentioned rates are not valid during Christmas & New Year, Long Weekends, National holidays & festive period. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. We are not holding any rooms or blocking.
- In case of Snowfall in Auli, vehicle will not be able to reach the hotel. In that clients will have to hire a local chained tyers jeep and make payments for the jeep on the spot.
- In Mussoorie vehicle would be available for sightseeing of Kempty falls, for sightseeing of company gardens, lal tibba local taxi union vehicle has to be hired. Vehicles are not allowed on Mall road and sightseeings viz camels back road, gun hill have to be done on foot
- In Nanital our vehicles would pick up and drop at a destined point to reach hotels clients may have to hire a vehicle locally this is as per itinerary.
- In case of any diversion due to landslide/ road block any additional cost incurred with be payable directly by the guest.
- Confirmation of Hotels, Rooms, Car hire and Services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.
- Safaris at National Park is subject to availability
- For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.
- Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- Room category in all packages is the Base Category.
- Vehicle will be given on Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.
- All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.
- Premium category hotel rates will be dynamic and as per availability
- All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
- Standard Check-in time 12:00hrs – 14:00hrs and Check-out time 10:00hrs – 12:00hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.
- All guests are requested to carry documents for security purpose & hotel policy. Documents such as (04 passport size photos, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) has in some places PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.
- All transfer & sightseeing by AC Vehicle (AC will not work during hilly drives)
- Distance and transfer time provided on the itinerary are for the reference only. We will not be responsible for any delay due to high traffic, processions, bad weather, interior resort location, etc.
- Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu and are on a buffet system basis. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra. In room dining will be at an additional cost and has a different menu altogether. For any food related service issue we will not be responsible.
- Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
