Terms & Conditions

    • All prices are starting from, per person in Indian Rupees based on min 2 Adults travelling together.
    • Package is not valid during High Season, Festive Period, Peak Period & Long Weekends.
    • All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. We are not holding any rooms or blocking.
    • Confirmation of Hotels, Rooms, Car hire and Services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
    • Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.
    • For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.
    • Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in.
    • Room category in all packages is the Base Category.
    • Premium category hotel rates will be dynamic and as per availability
    • Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.
    • All transfer & sightseeing by AC Vehicle (AC will not work during hilly drives)
    • All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.
    • All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
    • Normal Check in and checkout time of hotel is 1200 hours
    • All guests are requested to carry documents for security purpose & hotel policy. Documents such as (04 passport size photos, original photo ID proof with photo copy (Identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) has in some places PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.
    • Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/ reduction whatever applicable) to you.
    • Distance and transfer time provided on the itinerary are for the reference only. We will not be responsible for any delay due to high traffic, processions, bad weather, interior resort location, etc.
    • It is advise to guests don’t leave any valuables in the vehicles, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Guests must ensure to collect their belongings while leaving the vehicle.
    • On arrival at NJP (New Jalpaiguri), please note at NJP Station there are 02 Exit gates for passengers and clients are requested to come near the main exit gate.
    • For 02 – 03 Pax Wagon R or Similar will be provided and for 04 – 06 pax AC Innova / Xylo or Similar will be provided
    • In case of any diversion due to landslide/ road block any additional cost incurred with be payable directly by the guest.
    • In Bengal & Sikkim sector the same vehicle – irrespective of the vehicle type is not allowed to do the entire tour due to various transport regulations and restrictions at each destination. Vehicles will be changed and our executives will keep the guests informed about the same.
    • If the sightseeing of any tour is falling on a day when the monument is closed alternate sightseeing will be provided, it may not be possible to cover the sightseeing point due to shortage of time of vehicle regulations and in this case there will be no refund applicable.
    • A lot of times vehicles are not allowed to go up to the hotels in Gangtok which are located in the main town area due to restrictions for vehicle to enter the city during the day time. In such cases the vehicle will drop the guests to the taxi stand and arrange for a local taxi to take them to the hotels. In normal course the drivers will pay for this taxi themselves, however in cases where the driver is not carrying enough money the guests would be requested to bear this cost for the intercity transfer to the hotel and this amount will be refunded to the guest on actual basis.
    • Local sightseeing in Gangtok will be done using Non-AC Maruti Vans or Similar for all categories of hotels as per the regulation of the local transport association.
    • Sikkim & Darjeeling is a hilly area & change of weather is a regular feature. It is advisable that heavy layer clothing should be carried always.
    • Few hotels have a system of providing room heater on request & extra payment. Heater charges are not included in the cost & thus you will have to settle it directly with the hotels before check‐out. The additional charges are per room per night basis.
    • In this sector most of the hotels do not have lift, The guests will have to climb stairs to reach the rooms. In case they have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem immediately so that we will be careful in assigning hotels which will be more convenient than the ones quoted/ reserved.
    • Drivers come from remote places and are not very educated and may not be able to communicate effectively with the guests.
    • Due to shortage in space for parking at most of the hotels the vehicle may be parked a little away from the entrance of the hotel (specially when your hotel is located in the main town areas).
    • In Sikkim permits are required to be issued for visit to restricted areas (Changu Lake/Baba Mandir and North Sikkim – Lachen and Lachung), for the same guests are required to carry passport size photographs and valid Indian Photo ID address proof (Voters ID, Driving License, Passport, School ID for students) for processing the permit. PAN and Aadhar Card are not accepted in Sikkim.
