- All prices are starting from, per person in Indian Rupees based on min 2 Adults travelling together.
- Package is not valid during Diwali, Christmas, New Year, High Season, Festive Period, Peak Period & Long Weekends.
- All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. We are not holding any rooms or blocking.
- Confirmation of Hotels, Rooms, Car hire and Services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.
- For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.
- Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- Room category in all packages is the Base Category.
- Premium category hotel rates will be dynamic and as per availability
- Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.
- All transfer & sightseeing by AC Vehicle (AC will not work during hilly drives)
- All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.
- Volvo Bus Arrivals in Shimla/ Manali/ Dharamshala are in mornings only. As the check In/ Out time is normally 12 noon (Depends on Hotel Policy), once the Guest/ Groups reaches the hotel they might have to wait for a room and can be provided on immediate occupancy only if the rooms are available at the time of arrival.
- Journey between Kalka –Shimla and Chandigarh – Manali Highway may take longer time due to ongoing construction of four-lane Highway. Guest might experience traffic Jam and broken patches of road while travelling on above mentioned Highway.
- Due to the lesser width of the road at Shimla railway station, tempo traveler / buses cannot provide pickup and drop services from station itself. Vehicles will be parked on main road which is approx 200 m walk (uphill for arrival and downhill for departure) and guests will have to walk till / from there. Similarly Jakhoo temple (last 01 km) is also not accessible by Tempo traveler. Client will either have to walk (uphill/ downhill both) or else opt for a smaller vehicle for the same.
- Viceregal Lodge, Shimla State Museum, Gaiety theatre, Army museum Shimla remains closed on Mondays & all Govt. Holidays. Zoo in Kufri also remains closed on Mondays.
- Kangra State Museum remain closed on Mondays & all Govt. Holidays. Tibetan Institutes remain closed on Sunday & Second Saturday of Month, 2 Oct, 15 Aug, All Tibetan Holidays. Tibetan School Office is closed on all Saturdays.
- In Chandigarh, Le Corbusier museum and art gallery remains closed on Mondays and doll museum remains closed on Sundays. Capital complex, rock garden and Sukhna lake remain open on all days.
- Rohtang Pass road would remain closed every Tuesday for maintenance purpose and hence Rohtang excursion or crossing of Rohtang is not possible on Tuesdays. Roerich Art Gallery/ Naggar remain closed on Mondays & all Govt. Holidays.
- All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
- Standard Check-in time 12:00hrs – 14:00hrs and Check-out time 10:00hrs – 12:00hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.
- All guests are requested to carry documents for security purpose & hotel policy. Documents such as (04 passport size photos, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) has in some places PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.
- Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
- Distance and transfer time provided on the itinerary are for the reference only. We will not be responsible for any delay due to high traffic, processions, bad weather, interior resort location, etc.
- It is advise to guests don’t leave any valuables in the vehicles, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Guests must ensure to collect their belongings while leaving the vehicle.
- In case of Pickup at Kullu/ Dharamshala/ Chandigarh/Amritsar/ Delhi airport, if the flight is cancelled on the same day (Day of arrival), Vehicle transfer charges will be applicable. Our vehicles report at airport before such cancellation announcements are made by airlines.
- In case on any amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
- All additional expenses will be covered solely by clients in the event of any itinerary or stay changes due to uncontrollable circumstances, illness, roadblocks, flight cancellations, or natural disasters.
- Guest are requested to respect and follow local customs and traditions.
- The rate provided does not include any travel insurance, damages, claims, etc in case of any possible occurring and mishappenings.
- We will not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any kind of illness, mishaps or accidents including during the trip.
- Early check-in at all the properties would be subject to the availability at that time.
- It is recommended to have travel insurance when commencing on any kind of tour. The same can be done at your end and in case you need us to provide you with travel insurance, we can provide you with it at appropriate extra costs.
