Terms & Conditions
- All prices are starting from, per person in Indian Rupees based on min 2 Adults traveling together.
- Package is not valid during Diwali, Christmas, New Year, High Season, Festive Period, Peak Period & Long Weekends.
- All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking. We are not holding any rooms or blocking.
- On arrival at Guwahati station the guests are requested to come out from the front side (RBI side)
- On arrival at Guwahati airport the guests are requested to wait near the
- main Exit Gate of the airport.
- In Kaziranga elephant ride is subject to availability. Even after
- confirmation the ride may be cancelled at the last minute in which case
- the amount of the ride will be refunded to the guest.
- In case of any diversion due to landslide/road block any additional cost incurred with be payable directly by the guest.
- Confirmation of Hotels, Rooms, Car hire and Services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked for.
- For extra person, mattress will be provided not bed at all places.
- Rooms offered will have one King or two Queen or Twin Beds and strictly subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- Room category in all packages is the Base Category.
- Vehicle will be given on Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis.
- All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, political conditions in the destination.
- Premium category hotel rates will be dynamic and as per availability
- All the prices are for Indian Nationals only, unless specified.
- Standard Check-in time 12:00 hrs - 14:00 hrs and Check-out time 10:00hrs - 12:00 hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.
- In this sector most of the hotels do not have lift, The guests will have to climb stairs to reach the rooms. In case they have problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee & heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we will request you to report this problem immediately so that we are careful in assigning Hotels which will be more convenient than the ones quoted/reserved.
- Drivers come from remote places and are not very educated and may not be able to communicate effectively with the guests.
- Few hotels have a system of providing room heater on request at extra payment. Heater charges are not included in the cost & thus you will have to settle it directly with the hotels before check‐out. The additional charges are per room per night basis.
- In the entire region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear with such problems as may arise during the tour.
- In remote areas, basic facilities like Geyzer in bathroom, Colour TV, Western Toilet, etc. may not be available.
- All guests are requested to carry documents for security purpose & hotel policy. Documents such as (04 passport size photos, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) has in some places PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.
- All transfer & sightseeing by AC Vehicle (AC will not work during hilly drives)
- Distance and transfer time provided on the itinerary are for the reference only. We will not be responsible for any delay due to high traffic, processions, bad weather, interior resort location.
- Wildlife Reserves and National Parks as per regulation are supposed to open from 01st Nov, however, depending on the level of water in the forest, the authorities may allow jeep safari to begin from October onwards but the same cannot be guaranteed in advance.
- Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu and are on a buffet system basis. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra. In room dining will be at an additional cost and has a different menu altogether. For any food related service issue we will not be responsible.
- Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
- It is advise to guests don’t leave any valuables in the vehicles, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Guests must ensure to collect their belongings while leaving the vehicle.
